We make every effort to ensure the pictures used to illustrate products on our website are accurate; in some circumstances pictures are used for illustrative purposes only and may not be fully indicative. We cannot guarantee that your computer or device is displaying our products accurately.

To place an order with us simply browse through the products on our website and select the ones you want by adding then to your basket. Once you have selected them click the checkout button and follow the simple steps to complete your transaction. Please check your order and address details thoroughly before completing payment.
When you place an order online to purchase good from Finnegan Tools you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm we have received your order. Please check through this email and notify us if anything is incorrect. Please note, this email does not mean your order has been accepted, acceptance of the order is as per clause 4.3.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending a dispatch confirmation email. A contract between you and Finnegan Tools exists only when a dispatch confirmation has been sent.
All our products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to edit or remove items from our site or cancel orders at our discretion. If for any reason we are unable to supply you with a product we will inform you of this by email or by text and we will not process your order. We will refund you the full amount, including any delivery cost, as soon as possible.
All delivery dates are estimated.
The fastest way to pay for your order is by credit card, we accept all major credit cards. Payment is taken immediately by our online payment provider PayPal.

We only delivery to the whole of the UK and to the Republic of Ireland.
We dispatch your goods within 24-36 hours of your order being received.
For orders to the ROI, we dispatch orders only on Mondays and Fridays.
We aim to deliver your products within the timescale quoted on our website, however, occasionally deliveries may be affected by events beyond our control (for example inclement weather or shippers stopping business suddenly) that we can accept no liability for
Delivery is completed when our courier service delivers the product to the delivery address you have provided us with, and the product is your responsibility from this point. Please note if you leave a message to have your parcel left in a safe place or delivery to a neighbour or to a third party you accept responsibilities of any loss incurred.

We retain the right to change the delivery process for large orders, we will always contact you to discuss your options.
All UK orders are shipped with Parcel Force and all ROI orders are shipped with DPD.
Orders with Parcel Force can be tracked using the link and tracking number we will provide to you. For ROI DPD will contact you directly using the mobile number and the email address you provided us when ordering your products.
All delivery dates are estimated. Goods cannot be classified as lost until 25 working days after shipping.
There are not import duties or taxes to the ROI customers as we are based in Northern Ireland.

We make every effort to maintain the prices shown on our website. Prices however are liable to increase beyond our control and therefore we reserve the right to amend prices when necessary. Existing order will not be affected
